As a DCD Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data within the Demand Creation Driver (DCD) system. This position will analyze reports and data from various sources to prevent profit leaks and gain unrealized gross profit. You will provide customer service and act as a subject matter expert to sales employees and suppliers, in order to support the overall DCD Service Center initiatives. Responsibilities: Ø Analyze submitted registration opportunities to ensure compliance with supplier design registration program guidelines. Work with internal sales, engineers, product managers, and other departments to obtain required information, bring into compliance, and/or make decision how to proceed Ø Enter registrations submitted by field sales personnel or field engineers into Arrow DCD tool and supplier system. Follow up on pending submits to supplier and update DCD tool. Follow up on pending entries and make updates to the system Ø Analyze customer shipments to identify system mismatches within DCD. Correct the information within the DCD system and fix discrepancies in order to capture and track net sales billed and GP dollars. Report exceptions to field engineers and Finance. Ø Analyze bookings report to identify low GP dollar orders/shipments and adjust DCD tool. Provide information on a report to product management and profit mangers. Ø Review, action, and maintain expired registrations within the DCD system for accuracy. Communicate exceptions and potential problems to field sales. Update suppliers. Ø Analyze Previous Day Quote Report for accurate and valid quote content. Identify potential design win content and coordinate with field and inside sales employees to qualify and submit eligible design win content. Ø Respond to inquiries from multiple departments and employee groups regarding inconsistencies and discrepancies within the DCD process. Act as a subject matter expert on DCD process.
Requirements: Ø High school degree plus 2 years of distribution/supplier/representative experience. Associates degree and 3 – 5 years experience is preferred. Ø Electronics distribution or related distribution or supplier experience is essential Ø Experience or understanding of sales process, product management, supplier marketing and registration programs and processes Ø Experience or understanding of sales order shipment, invoices, and ability to prioritize Ø Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ø Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ø Good customer service skills and problem solving skills
