We are seeking the best and brightest individuals to join our Key Account Manager Development Program (KADP). The KADP is the starting point for those that have an interest in sales management. Trainees are immersed in a two (2) year program gaining hands-on experience in all facets of Sales Operations and Account Management. Successful graduates and strong performers within the program will have an opportunity to go on to leadership positions within the GL Huyett organization. Compensation: Positions within the Development Program range from $27,000 – $45,000 Upon successful completion and placement into a Key Account Manager role salary ranges from $38,000 -$60,000.
