Duties:
Help manage current used equipment accounts, maintain up to date listings of used equipment available for sale, track and manage fleet of used equipment, field incoming calls from sales staff and help them identify equipment that fills customers’ needs, keep fleet of used equipment organized in shop, maintain accurate locations of all used equipment, work with sales staff and customers on used equipment demos, responsible for accuracy of all paperwork required for used equipment department, work with service department on getting used equipment ready for sale, keep website up to date with accurate descriptions and pictures, address customers complaints and issues as necessary, perform administrative tasks, cross train with Rental Coordinator, communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and co-workers, maintain proper paper flow, records, and reports as needed for efficient operation, assist accounts receivable staff with past due accounts.

 

 

Qualifications:
• Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers in a corporate structure • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. • Negotiating and closing skills • Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities on the Account Management Team • Must be able to facilitate conversational and negotiating skills • Pass interview/assessment qualifications • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record Desired Skills, Experience and Education: • Material Handling, Industrial Warehousing or Industrial Equipment knowledge • Experience working within a Team Selling model • Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred
