An internship with Lift Solutions, Inc. will expose you to the following aspects of our company and industry! • Sales Department: New forklifts, used forklifts, rental forklifts, warehouse equipment products, batteries and charges, safety equipment, ergonomic equipment, and others. • Service Department: Road technicians, on-site customer technicians, trouble shooting of internal combustion and electric forklifts. • Parts Department: Customer service, parts lookup, sales, replenishment, cycle counts of inventory, van/consignment inventories. • Shipping and Receiving: Daily shipments from various carriers, delivery of incoming mail and products. • Trucking and Delivery: Ride along with Lift Solutions delivery truck and learn all aspects of the delivery process for new, used, and rental forklifts. • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Posting and paying of invoices, posting payments and collecting on open accounts. • Sales Coordinating: Purchasing, coordinating deliveries, invoicing, demos, order tracking, and inventory tracking. • Fleet Management: Total fleet services, fleet reporting, fleet customer management, facility audits.
• Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decision-makers in a corporate structure • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. • Negotiating and closing skills • Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities on the Account Management Team • Must be able to facilitate conversational and negotiating skills • Pass interview/assessment qualifications • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
