Rampart’s Wholesale Distribution Development Program is designed for candidates that are interested in becoming key sales associates or operation leaders. Our 2 year rotational training program will provide hands on experience in all aspects of the business. You will work side by side with a committed team of people who handle everything from stocking product to cultivating customer relationships and driving sales.

•A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution with a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
•Industry experience preferred but not required
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Competence with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, etc.
•Ability to learn and become competent with distribution software.
•Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
•Initiative, strong sense of urgency to complete tasks, and a passion to serve customers.
