Manager Trainee – Outside Sales R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is committed to training, promoting from within, and creating opportunities for our employees. Responsibilities: • Making a high volume of calls daily to introduce and grow our business. • Managing inventory and assisting with buys. • Placing and fulfilling orders. • Assisting Will Call customers. • Supporting achievement of division sales goals. • Once fielded into a territory, your job responsibilities will include: o Actively managing and growing a dedicated sales territory. o Partnering with Inside Sales team to meet or exceed division sales goals. o B2B cold calling on a continuous basis. o Building long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers. o Conducting contract negotiations.
