“I would like to see more member involvement in everyday ID events.  This past year has been the best yet with member involvement.  I think that the point system has helped in encouraging members to become more active.  I share the same sentiment that many other members have: getting swamped with emails.  I would like to designate a Leadership Team member to be in charge of emails for each specific event, and then limit the emails to containing only necessary information."
