Duties:
Job Site Specialist (JSS) will be a mobile ambassador for the SENCO brand and products. This will require 100% travel over a vast majority of the country from market to market growing sales brand awareness, product conversion and assisting with new product placement. Through the use of a hands-on approach, this person will effectively demonstrate SENCO branded products to commercial and hardware accounts as well as end users. JSS will also participate in end-user programs such as trade shows, account events, and contractor appreciation days. This position also requires that one seek, analyze and relay a variety of information about and from customers/prospects regarding sales potential of a line or specific items, end user reaction to those items, price, margins, terms of sale, etc. to enhance competitive position. The JSS will also develop relationships with all account personnel to maximize sales as well as assess the needs of customer/end user and develop strategy to meet those needs for each account. JSS will also assist local Sales Representatives with sales and service of SENCO products to hardware/commercial accounts.

 

 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree required 2. Must be comfortable using power tools on a daily basis. 3. Previous sales experience is a plus. 4. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish) 5. Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. 6. Motivated aggressive self-starter with a hands-on orientation 7. Competitive 8. Effectively communicate product features and benefits. 9. Ability to travel extensively. 10. Highly computer literate – Microsoft Office as well as social media savvy. 11. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
