Duties:
The Business of Sales program will provide individuals with the opportunity to work with the Store personnel in the wholegoods and sales administrative processes within one of our Ag or Construction Equipment dealership locations. This experience will include assisting our Field Marketers with the marketing and selling of new and used wholegoods, working with Store Managers to schedule & participate in learning and development opportunities, and supporting Store Administrators & Wholegoods Management in Titan Machinery systems and procedures. Qualifications:
Required

· Substantial progress toward a degree in Agriculture, Business, Sales, Marketing or related field

· 8-12 week commitment to part time summer employment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy

· Strong organization, decision making, and problem solving skills

· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively

· Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently

· Excellent customer service skills

· A willingness to learn · Capacity to perform in a fast-paced changing work environment

· Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict

· Potential to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
