We want individuals that want to help us strengthen our impact in the communities where we live and work. How we do it: College of Ferguson: Our entry-level Outside Sales Trainee Program. Your journey begins in Indianapolis, IN for 5 months alongside other Trainees and a dedicated Trainer. You will experience both classroom-based and hands-on type training, so you learn the Facilities Supply business from the ground up. Upon completion of the Trainee Program, you will relocate to an assigned Facilities Supply Outside Sales territory and will be responsible for business development including cold-calling and prospecting. You will be prepared to perform multiple sales functions including developing and maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales goals. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree OR 8 years of military service.
