Duties:
Seeking an internship in sales? Are you a college student who is more interested in a career than just a job? We are looking for college students to intern in our Omaha, NE location, where you will learn about one of our various business groups (Commercial/Residential Plumbing, HVAC, Industrial, Showroom or Waterworks) from the ground-up and what it means to provide world-class customer service in a growing industry. No experience? No problem. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful- Ferguson will give you all the tools you need to grow.

Over the course of the internship, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business. Ferguson approaches training from a “hands on” point of view. We believe in growing our associates from the ground up. Through our internship program, you will be introduced to the warehouse and counter where you will gain credibility and learn extensive product knowledge in a short period of time. You will also be given the opportunity to explore our sales, operations, and credit departments. You will learn the value of developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as understand our business from a “big picture” perspective. Our internship program will allow you to explore your strengths and career interests. Most of all, our internship program will provide you with real, hands-on business experience that will supplement your classroom education.
